Davina's Ministries ("we", "us") is run by Davina Leong. This page explains what information this site collects, why, and who it's shared with. If anything here is unclear, email hello@davinasministries.com.
What we collect
Browsing the site. We use a self-hosted analytics tool (Matomo, run on our own server — not Google Analytics) to see which pages are visited and how people found us. This data isn't shared with ad networks or used to build advertising profiles.
Liking or disliking a verse share or note. We set an anonymous device cookie so the site can remember what you've already reacted to and prevent spam voting. It doesn't contain your name, email, or any other identifying information.
The contact form. We store the name, email, subject, and message you submit, so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. Submissions are also emailed to us directly.
Buying an ebook. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We do store your email address, which ebook you bought, the amount paid, and the order status, so we can send your download link and handle any refund requests.
Errors. If something breaks while you're using the site, technical details about the error (and some request metadata, like your browser and general location) are sent to our error-tracking tool so we can fix it.
Cookies
- dm_device (1 year) — anonymous device identifier used for reactions and to prevent contact-form spam.
- Matomo's visit cookie — distinguishes one visit from another for analytics.
Who we share data with
- Stripe — processes ebook payments.
- Resend — delivers contact-form replies and ebook receipt emails.
- Cloudflare — stores ebook files for download.
- Sentry — error tracking, so we can fix bugs.
- Our self-hosted Matomo analytics instance.
We don't sell data to anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@davinasministries.com. Some information — like completed orders — may need to be kept for a period for accounting or legal reasons even after a deletion request.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
